super bowl sunday

lalala - it's superbowl sunday, the only american holiday centered around television. it was a pretty boring game until a few minutes ago. tampa was sweeping it, but now oakland is making a come back - craziness. the commercials are pretty good this time around. there were some really funny ones. its a shame that they cost so much money tho, damn! lol. i mean, yeah, lots of people see them, but geeze, is it really that worth it? lots of people watch tv regularly anyway, lol, just play your commercial around american idol, survivor, csi, or any of those other shows that get lots of high ratings. lol. oh well.

so yeah, school is... well, school. ya know, you can't really understand much of what's going to be going on during the semester from the first couple days of class and before you know, you're in the swing of things. i had my first english class on friday. my senior seminar - *gasp* - i was nervous, but i'm pretty good now. i think it'll be hard, but i'm fairly confident that everything will work out in the end. hopefully. the readings are going to kill me tho. a whole book a week plus criticism - ahhhh! i mean, i'm sure i can get it done, i just wont have a life, lol. and jassy having no classes is just sucky, lol. oh well. why did i choose to do this double major shit?? lol, i should have stuck to just the theater major, my life would be so much easier. not to mention i'd almost be done with my major! i'd just have to fend my way into elective classes to make my credit goal each semester. it'd be awesome if you could only go to school long enough to finish your major. like take only classes that you need in order to get your degree and nothing else. that way i definitely would have only done the one major and i'd be done! lol. well, maybe not, a lot of my classes have pre-reqs, so i'd have to take some in succession. wouldn't it be weird if school worked like that tho?
