back from break

ok, well, break is definitely over. and i definitely have work to do that i haven't even begun, woohoo! glad to see that break has allowed me to catch up on work, haha, yeah right. at least i caught up on rest! even tho that was just barely. i miss my pups again already. i really like having them around. i wish college life was more condusive to pets. if i could do it, i'd most certainly have them here with me. they're comforting. ahh well, roomie love is comforting too. except that roomie love is now only two members. jasmin has taken a leave of absence. she's too busy writing theses and transcribing and not sleeping to be a part of roomie love. haha. oh well, we still love her! :)

so yeah, break was pretty good. had to go to court on wednesday morning which was basically a waste of time because i showed up at 8:30 like i had to and then got sent home at 10:30 because i wasn't needed - the girl was able to go up to the judge by herself (at who knows WHAT time). so then i went shopping in freehold, how i miss that mall when i'm out here! drooled over stuff in coach, haha. i want one of those "wristlet" things SO BADLY, lol. i got a fake one for a few dollars and i love it. it's the best thing to happen to my life. just kidding. but it really is awesome. i just like the size and the convienience of it! but the coach ones are (of course) so much better! they're really cute. i was gonna buy one at christmas time and totally should have because they don't make that print anymore. i like the classic "c" print on them and they had one with red and black and i really liked it, but now they changed the pattern to red and tan - and that'll probably leave soon too, lol. they had red/pink for vday, lol. anywhosle, i told my mom all about how i want one real bad and hopefully the word will be distributed to one of the family members who always wants a wish list from me for my birthday/christmas. lol. it's only $48, which i'm willing to spend myself really, but not if someone else would be willing! haha. anyway, i bought lots of new spring clothes from old navy. love that store. anyway, i got these pants, yoga pants, they're fabulous! i love them. very comfy.

what else. doing lots of reading. not a lot of anything else. some writing. the usual. OH, guess what?! i'm getting a new lappie, yahoo! i tried to take this one to best buy and they looked up my history because you have to send a laptop out 4 times for the same problem before they'll consider replacing it. ok, so they look up my history and the guy tells me i've sent my laptop out 8 times, but only once for the screen. WHAT?! anyway, to make a very long story short, he was basically telling me that because i didn't yell at all the best buy guys these past three years and make them write down "problems with screen" on every invoice, even tho i was sending it out for multiple problems, that only being one, i have to suffer. and they dont even have a record of me sending it out at all over christmas break, which i most certainly did because it came back really late and i almost had an attack thinking that i had to go back to school without it! for god's sakes. anyway, so on the way home, both my mom and i were very pissed at best buy, but my mom said that i could get a new laptop so that i wouldn't have to suffer with this one anymore. isn't she a doll? anyway, so of course i told q to do it for me since i dont know what i need. he found me a super fast, very cool, high tech dell for about $2000 - and it comes with a free mp3 player, coolness! (i had my choice between free mp3 player, printer, or digital camera - but i already have a printer and q said the digital camera was crap - SO! mp3 it was) anyway, that is said to ship on april 1st, which would get it to me the latest, april 5th - BUT when i checked the order status online today it said it was in the "boxing" phase of development which is the step right before shipment so unless it takes them a week to stick the thing in a box, i should get it sooner! who-ray!

ummm... oh yeah, kelle got a haircut over break. she looks super cute. i love it, she loves it, her classmate aya hates it, haha, but who cares about her! i think she looks great. it's like shoulder length and layered a little and flippy and i love it on her! right now, she's in her room and she has it in pigtails, so adorable! :) kelle's gonna love that i'm talking about her, haha - roomie love kelle! and yohei went to florida over break and now he's black, haha. it's funny. jassy looks the same, as does greg and pretty much every once else i've seen today (but i haven't seen everyone, so who knows!)

what else, what else... i met up with ang over break, long time coming for that! we saw each other once over christmas break because i was so busy (and she was too - with a certain someone-whom-shall-remain-nameless). anyway, it was nice to get updated again. i miss hanging with her like we used to. it was fun times in high school because we'd hang out before play practice, during practice, after, lol, on weekends, doing calc homework, walking past mr. miller & wife while contemplating doing calc homework, haha - good times! i hated calc. i got one 102% in that class and i hated mr. miller for it because he made it a point to make sure the whole class knew that #1, i got 102% and #2, katie grim only got a 90 something (she was the valedictorian, SUPER smart girl, in princeton now, religion major, bio-chem was too hard, LOL), and #3 he didn't expect such a good grade from me - uh thanks! i never got over 100 again, so that was the only recognition i got. but damn was it nice to have katie ask ME what some answers were. the good old days. enough reminiscing.

well, i watching miss usa tonight, already forget who won, haha. alabama got 1st runner up aka second place. i think it was minnisota (how do you spell minnosota? minisota... whatever), maybe michigan... some "m" state anyway, lol. she was cute. no miss new mexico, but cute. oh well, that's all for me tonight. i have my english abstract due tomorrow and still dont have a topic, ahhh!
