two new holes

so i'm a tad relieved... for a while there, every time i came to make a new entry, the server was being bogged down. and when the server gets bogged down, only the "gold members" can add entries until things can have a chance to lighten up... i dont really understand this because if only the gold members are using the site, there are less of them, and once they use it they should be done, so then the rest of us should be able to use it in like an hour or so. but no. it takes many hours. i dont understand logistics of web servers i suppose. but on to the gold members - i often think of becoming a gold member. just to make more permanance of this journal. it's handy, i love it, and i know you all love it. :) LOL. but then i think, well, why should i pay when i'm getting all the service i really need for free? well, perhaps someday this site will change and i will be forced to pay or else lose my journal! what then? perhaps purchasing a gold membership now will allow me to one-up all those people who will be purchasing in the future... maybe they'll all have to pay more whereas i would have a special charter-like membership wherein i get to pay less and let those who signed up late pay more to cover MY ass... but then i wake up to reality and realize that... hmmm... who knows WHAT will happen and i should just do whatever i feel like doing now! i can kick myself later for choices i make now. that's what my future self is there to do!

in other news, i got my ears pierced again. now i have THREE holes in each ear, woohoo! have been thinking about doing it for a long time, so am glad to finally have it done! hehe. and again, no complications. my first holes gave me trouble when i was younger. my earlobes would often get fat, forcing me to take out my earrings. guess it was some kind of allergy, but i rarely wore fake metal earrings. anyway, i finally got them under control by the time i turned 16 when i got my second holes done. i had no problems with them, they hardly hurt during and didn't hurt at all afterwards. i had very little trouble with them. and so far, i'm doing well with these too. BUT am glad i went to piercing pagoda this time instead of claires because the piercing earrings they use have pointy ends, obviously, so they'll be able to go through your ear, but then they were tougher to sleep on cause the points would poke you in the head when your ear pressed into you, lol. but these have like a plastic thing on the back to protect my head, awesome! lol. much more comfy. :) i like them. i even like the earrings i got at this place - made it more expensive, but they're cool, hehe, white gold settings with square cz's. hehe.

anyway, i'm happy because cube and i have been able to spend lots of time together. well, given the circumstances, lol. we got to go out together like twice this week! lol. only for a few hours, but still, better than nothing! i miss him lots when we're not together, which is like always, so it's nice to be able to spend SOME time together.
