elaboration...

so yesterday i sat here for about 3 hours with the following:

didn't do much today besides make chicken salad and try to make a hemp necklace... had to take it out tho, too long.

i could have elaborated on it. but i couldnt think how. i kept deleting stuff. then i'd get back down the the essential which is that. lol. so i finally gave up as i didn't want like 2 lines of text to be a whole entry! what good would that do? lol.

anyway, i remade the hemp necklace today. it was for cube and i measured his neck so i knew how long to make it, but i miscalculated and it turned out too long, so i took it back out. but today it turned out right, woohoo! so i just have to wait until he can come over again so he can put it on and i can tie off the bed that will hold the two ends together at precisely the length that feels good for him, lol. dont want it too tight! hehe. anyway, so he picked out the beads, so he should like it. but i hope he does! lol.

anywhosle. so tomorrow i'm going to (finally) make my tote bag! i bought this material way in the beginning of the summer, when i bought the material for my bedroom curtains; which was shortly after buying my bed linens; which was very soon after purchasing my new bed; which was only a few days after i arrived home! so anyway, i bought this green 60's kind of fabric that i really fell in love with, but it's plain cotton, so i bought a heavy weight denim type fabric that's a greenish brown color to give it more stability, lol. yesterday i cut out the pattern and tomorrow i'm going to make it! woohoo! i'm psyched!

and i got my first bday present, hehehe. a cocktail bible from ang. woohoo! so now i can make all kinds of yummy mixed drinks next year for all my roommates. hehe. it's going in the kitchen when i get there. i wonder what other goodies are comin my way! hehe. this sunday! can't wait! yahoo! only 7 days!

ok, enough of that... so jeff's going out to school on the 20th... i think i might head out around that time too. stay with pud prolly. but jeff's staying til the 24th, i couldnt stay that long because katy and i are going out on the 25th and i'd need time to repack and rest of course, lol. so maybe i'll head out on the 21st and come back the 22nd or 23rd the latest. i'll have to call pud and see if i can stay with him... or maybe i could stay with kelle. well, if i show up out there, someone is bound to have someplace for me to stay! haha. i just wish that i could put stuff in my apartment already. because i really dred packing it all to head out there next month... im always afraid whether or not its going to fit... i KNOW its not going to this year... because i'm pretty sure i'll have to bring my tv AND microwave, both large... and then all my crap. of which there's lots. and then my papasan chair. but i'm most definitely sure that's going to have to wait for a weekend i can come home and pick it up because i'm not forseeing it fit will all my other school stuff. i've always taken two cars full of crap to school. and even tho i tried to get rid of a lot of it this year, i still feel like i have a lot of crap. oh well, anyway, we'll see how it all turns out when i have to pack the cars.
