no. its not my place to tell someone they're loved ones are sick. i would highly encourage my friend to tell his spouse, but i certainly would NOT do it for him... that's just wrong.

YES. even tho i made it home safe, the next person he drives might not. it's definitely in everyone's best interest that he be taken off the road for the night. altho, reporting him would most likely get him fired... that's his own damn fault for drinking and driving - that's not something you mess around with. hell no.
