funny thing happened on the way to the caf. the wall that stands between the hall and the caf has cubby like structures with hooks and a shelf for your crap if and when you dont feel like lugging it around with you. the shelves are higher than my head (i'm around 5'4"), but there are dividers every so often for stability these dividers cut through the shelf and then angle towards the wall at about 45 degrees. regardless. this girl is walking down the hall with a bunch of her friends. obviously a frosh. she turns around to talk to one of them and veers slightly to her right while walking and slams head first into one of these partitions. loudest bang i ever heard. and she blammed it on the friend. ha. next time stand at the back of the group and make them turn towards you! she was fine though, one of her friends blew in her ear and gave her a refill. she walked on like nothing happened. i bet she'll forget it actually happened by tomorrow and do the same thing. idiots. i mean really, i'd have some sympathy, but it's not like they just put these things up. they've been there. you should be smart enough to avoid them. aparently not.

anyway, it also just so happens that today was a pretty good day. i was given responsibility to lock up the mail room today at the end of my shift. and my boss said she'd give me an extra hour for doing so! hell yeah! and it was easy as shit too. i hardly had to do anything. GOOD times. i just have to remember to stop by tomorrow and give back the key. haha. otherwise carrie will never be able to get back in by herself. muhaha.

oh well. i should get going. i need to see a play tonight. well, i dont NEED to see it. but i want to see it. and since cube and i are going to the shore this weekend, i would miss it otherwise. so i'm going to see a dress rehearsal tonight. yipee! it should be good. i hope anyway. i'm sure it will be. yay. ok.
