i'm moving wednesday. thank goodness. this place has turned into a maze of boxes. it's really bad. because you have to take everything out of drawers and cabinets in order to pack it and then it doesn't fit anywhere, so you have to leave the boxes out. so you have like twice as much stuff. which is ridiculous. but at least by thursday the phone, cable, internet and electricity will be set up in the new house. woohoo!

anyway, i'm still searching for a job. arg. i really would like to do a few things... but you know, accomplishing those things is beyond my means. for instance - i'd really like to be an actor. ha. that's not easy. but more realistically, i'd like to work in an animal shelter. unfortunately the currently open positions are either ones i wouldn't like to do, or require some kind of training i dont have that would take a year or more to obtain. so that kind of nixes that idea too. i'm still trying for the teaching thing tho. i applied to sylvan and huntington learning centers, but they both want certified teachers. bah. that's another thing that'll take at least a year. damn it. and i haven't heard from the private schools that company sent my resume to. arg. it's just a whole big mess.
