1. Are you superstitious?
hmmm... somewhat i guess. it doesn't rule my life, but i never like having to walk under a ladder. but the walking on the crack (and breaking your mother's back) never bothered me. dont know why some of them stuck, haha.

2. What extremes have you heard of someone going to in the name of superstition?
ummm, anyone see the movie "as good as it gets"? that's the worst i've ever seen.

3. Believer or not, what's your favorite superstition?
hmmmm. i always like the black cat one. but black cats are rare for strays... so i think i've only had maybe one cross my path in my life time. that one and the mirror. haha. jeff broke a mirror earlier this year. he still has pretty good luck i think.

4. Do you believe in luck? If yes, do you have a lucky number/article of clothing/ritual?
i believe in luck as in chance, but i dont believe that there is something you can do, something you can wear, or something you can have that will make you any more or any less lucky than anyone else. but i think the majority of the world is ruled by chance. if things go the "right" way for one person, then it affects the people around him either for the better or for the worse. it's not that person's fault... it wasn't under his control.

5. Do you believe in astrology? Why or why not?
hell no. haha. how could the month you were born be used to predict what will happen to you in your life? i'm sure that astrology has something to do with moods... but that's only because my mother works in a nursing home and when the moon is full, people go crazy... it's a proven fact. but other than that... it's bullshit. the whole of an astrological sign can't possibly be affected the same way during the same time periods like those astrologists would have you believe. how could that possibly be true? i've known plenty of months when i've looked at my horoscope and damned if it didn't mean shit to me... and it didn't come true either. i think it's all some hype that someone made up just for the sole purpose of having the ability to charge some poor soul for an astrological reading.
